HPBOSE 2013 physics series A question paper

1: You must write question paper series in the circle at top left side of title page of your answer sheet.



2: While answering your questions you must indicate on your answer book the same question number as appears in your question paper.

3: Don't leave blank pages/pages in your answer book.

4: All questions are compulsory.

5: Internal choices are given in some questions.

6: Use log table if necessary.

7: Answer should be brief and to the point.

8: Question no 1-8 are MCQ carrying 1 Mark each. Question no 9-16 are short answer type carrying 2 Mark each. Question no 17-24 are short answer type questions carrying 3 marks each and question no 25-27 are long answer type carrying 4 marks each.

Q26: Define impedance and derive an expression for it in LCR- series circuit. What will be the impedance of LCR-circuit at resonance.

Q27: What is compound microscope? With the help of a ray diagram,explain it's working. Find an expression for its magnifying power.
